Most notably, she directed a $100+ million consumer goods business spanning more than 20 Caribbean markets, helping organizations navigate growth, market expansion, and operational complexity.

Nancy has led organizational redesigns, workforce transformations, strategic planning initiatives, culture and engagement programs, and cross-functional change efforts in environments where execution and alignment were critical to business success.

An Accredited Change Management Professional and SCORE Mentor, Nancy combines corporate leadership experience with practical advisory expertise.
